How Partner Commission works:
- Approve of the partner commission and get 10% off on each one of us
- PSD will only be given out once the Partner Rigger has been commissioned
- In case another rigger is desired, the 10% will be paid back to the artist and the PSD will then be sent to the commissioner

Terms of service

By commissioning me you agree to my ToS stated below

1. Rights

- All rights for illustrations will be reserved by me
- All prices listed are for private use (exc. Vtuber Models, Ref. 6.)
- Private Use includes using the illustrations on X, Twitch and Discord
- Commercial use can be bought for a fee and gives you the rights to use illustrations in a reproductive way (Ref 5.2. Commercial Use)
- Designs belong to their respective owners
- Reselling artworks is only allowed for the original commissioner with commercial use
- I am allowed to stream all my commissions if not stated otherwise
- Commission work is NOT to be used for AI purposes or input!

2. Process

- After receiving payment the commission will be started.
- Sketches will be sent for approval before finishing the commission.
- After sketch approval, only small changes can be made throughout the commission
- Commission is completed after accepting the final product
- Bigger changes after sketch approval, will cost extra.
- Tight deadlines can be stated but cost extra

3. Refunds

- Full refunds can only be made if no work has begun yet.
- After receiving a sketch, the commissions cannot be refunded.

4. Payments

- Payments must be made within 48 hours after receiving an invoice
- Payments will be made through Paypal

5. Fees

5.1 Simple Commerical Use

- Fee: x1.5
- Use: indirect selling
- Examples: Patreon, Youtube Videos

5.2 Standard Commerical Use

- Commerical Fee: x2.0
- Use: reproductive ways
- Examples: Merch, ResellingReselling:
- Reselling artworks is only allowed for the original commissioner
- Reselling is only allowed if priced lower than the original price without commercial use

5.3 Secrecy

- Fee: + 10%
- I will not be allowed to stream or show the commission before getting the ok from the commissioner

5.4 Cutted Illustrations

- Fee: x1.5
- Illustrations will be cutted for rigging or animation
- Price is already included in Vtuber Commissions

5.5 Deadline Fee

- Fee: x1.5
- Commissions that need to be rushed
- Only necessary if the deadline is within the next 1,5 months
- If I do not finish the commission until the promised date, I will refund the fee, not the commission

6. Vtuber Model Rights

- Vtuber Models include Simple Commercial Use
- Models may not be used for reselling nor merch if not bought with Standard Commercial use!
- Reselling Models must be below the listed Vtuber Model price and is only possible with Standard Commercial Use.
- Vtuber Models can only be resold once.

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

Bei Beautragen einer Commission bestätigst du meine AGBs gelesen und verstanden zu haben.

1. Rechte

- Alle Rechte verbleiben beim Auftragsnehmer (> Yonicchi)
- Alle Preise zählen als privater Gebrauch (außer Vtuber Models, siehe Punkt 6.)
- "Privater Gebrauch" beinhaltet das Verwenden der Illustration auf X, Twitch und Discord
- Gewerblicher Gebrauch kann durch eine Gebühr gekauft werden und gibt das Recht die Illustration in einem reproduktiven Zweck zu verwenden (siehe Punkt 5.2. Gewerblicher Gebrauch)
- Designs gehören dem dazugehörigen Besitzer
- Wiederverkauf von Illustrationen ist nur nur für den Original Auftragsnehmer erlaubt mir "gewerblichem Gebrauch"
- Ich hab standardmäßig die Erlaubnis jede Commission zu streamen.
Commissions dürfen NICHT in eine AI gefüttert oder für dessen Zwecke genutzt werden!

2. Prozess

- Nach Bezahlung starte ich den Auftrag
- Sketches müssen vor Beendigung der Illustration vom Auftraggeber genehmigt werden
- Nach Genehmigung werden nur noch kleine Änderungen vorgenommen
- Der Auftrag ist abgeschlossen, sobald die finale Illustration bestätigt wurde.
- Größere Änderungen nach der Sketch Genehmigung, kostet extra.
- Enge Fristen können im Gegenzug einer Gebühr verlangt werden

3. Rückerstattung

- Eine volle Rückerstattung gibt es nur, wenn der Sketch noch nicht angefangen wurde.
- Nach Erhalt eines Sketches, kann der Auftrag nicht mehr zurückerstattet werden

4. Bezahlung

- Bezahlungen müssen innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Erhalt der Rechnung erfolgen
- Bezahlungen erfolgen durch Paypal

5. Gebühren

5.1 Einfacher gewerblicher Gebrauch

- Gebühr: x1.5
- Nutzung: indirectes Verkaufen
- Beispiel: Patreon, Youtube Videos

5.2 Standard gewerblicher Gebrauch

- Gewerbliche Gebühr: x2.0
- Nutzung: reproduktiv
- Beispiel: Merch, WiederverkaufWiederverkauf:
- Das Wiederverkaufen eines Auftrags ist nur für den originalen Auftraggeber erlaubt
- Der Wiederverkauf ist nur erlaubt, wenn der Preis geringer als der originale Preis ohne gewerblichen Gebrauch ist

5.3 Geheimhaltung

- Gebühr: + 10%
- Ich bin verpflichtet, den Auftrag weder zu streamen noch zu posten bis mir der Auftraggeber die Erlaubnis gibt.

5.4 Cutted Illustrationen

- Gebühr: x1.5
- Illustrationen werden zurechtgeschnitten für Animation
- Diese Preis ist in Vtuber Model Aufträgen beinhaltet

5.5 Fristgerechte Gebühr

- Gebühr: x1.5
- Für Aufträge, die schnell erledigt werden müssen
- Nur notwendig, wenn ein Auftrag schneller als 1,5 Monate dauern soll
- Falls Frist nicht eingehalten wird, wird die Gebühr, nicht der Auftrag erstattet.

6. Vtuber Model Rechte

- Vtuber Models beinhalten Einfacher gewerblicher Gebrauch
- Models dürfen nicht für den Wiederverkauf noch Merch benutzt werden, wenn keine
"Standard gewerbliche Nutzung" gekauft wurde!
- Wiederverkaufte Models müssen unter dem genannnten Vtuber Model Preis sein und man muss eine "Standard gewerbliche Nutzung" besitzen
- Vtuber Models können nur einmal wiederverkauft werden.
